ERIN M. TUECHE

Biography

        Ms. Tueche grew up on Florida’s space coast, and earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. She graduated cum laude from University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007. She is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Courts for the Middle and North Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is a member of the Florida Association of Police Attorneys and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Since 2008 she has been representing law enforcement in state and federal court, handling tort claims as well as federal civil rights actions.
